Fuel Economy

Question:

I have done a number of modifications in order to hopefully increase my fuel mileage, ex: Cold air intake & high flow reuseable filter, new fuel filter, cleaned throttle body and fuel system, regular oil changes, fuelt treatements, along with attemping to drive efficiently. However i am not seeing any noticable increase in mileage. I am aware that the cold air intake, in theory will work by forcing colder denser air to improve combustion of fuel and removing restriction from ducting to remove strain on induction system. However it can confuse the ECU by giving it the impression that it needs to create a richer fuel mixture to compensate for the colder air (as it does in cold weather). How can i combat the ECU doing this in order to increase mileage.
